Our History
Westwind was founded in BC, Canada in 2005 to fill a gap in leadership consulting services aimed at improving workplace cultures through enhanced communication skills. Organizations were beginning to master the art and science of measurement and key performance indicators (KPIs). What remained challenging for organizations was leader’s ability to inspire their teams to care about results and truly commit to implementing business strategies. In 2017, the name was changed to Westwind Leadership to reflect the ongoing focus on leadership communication and coaching as the primary avenue for improving any workplace climate.
