For the past 20 years, Glenn has been a driving force in fostering leadership excellence across a wide range of industrial organizations. His approach revolves around the principles of respect, connection, coaching and empowering leaders to deliver their best performance.

Glenn’s journey in coaching traces back to his early days as an aspiring downhill ski racer when he experienced the transformative impact of coaching firsthand. Armed with a combination of personal insights and professional training, he has refined his leadership coaching development services to align with real-world challenges. By dedicating time to understand the core values of each organization and actively listening at all levels, Glenn has played a pivotal role in enabling numerous organizations to achieve their full potential.

Glenn holds a Bachelor and Masters of Business Administration, and has been certified in Emotional Intelligence for leaders, Situational Leadership and Insights. He is also the author of Best Boss Ever: A Quick How-to-Guide for Inspiring Excellence as a Frontline Leader (2024).

Personal
Glenn lives with his wife Robyn and dog Barney in Squamish, BC and is passionate about skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golf and other outdoor activities.

Catherine Hawkins

Operations Manager

Catherine has been instrumental in supporting project success at Westwind Leadership for the past 15 years. She has been a successful and inspiring leader with a keen understanding of what it takes to motivate the team with her strong communication skills and EQI.

Throughout her career in both the Hospitality and Financial sectors, Catherine has what it takes to motivate people through active listening, positive encouragement through supportive feedback. She has coached and engaged numerous FLS in workshop settings and through the assessment phase within organizations.

Personal
Catherine lives with her husband Mike in North Vancouver, BC. They have 3 sons and 1 granddaughter. When not at work, Catherine’s passions include all aspects of fitness and health including Formula One racing, reading, cooking and enjoys her busy family life.

Amanda Butler

Coach

Amanda is a highly skilled and experienced facilitator and coach with a focus and passion for developing others.

In addition to 16 years of academic instructional and facilitation experience, Amanda has 7 years of professional coaching experience.

Amanda has expertise in communication and teaching, including Motivational Interviewing. She has also facilitated Instructional Skills Workshops.

Amanda demonstrates strong leadership skills by helping clients overcome barriers through her ability to listen, efficiently get to the heart of the matter, and work with clients to find successful solutions.

When not at work, Amanda lives in North Vancouver with three active teenagers. She still finds time to volunteer in various sports organizations. and is passionate about skiing, cycling, hiking, trail running and adventuring.

Marius Jacobs

Coach

Marius is a passionate and performance-driven culture expert in the fields of leadership development, safety optimization and culture change. He has extensive and global experience in the resources, industrial and consulting industries. Marius is an excellent facilitator, coach and motivational communicator with more than 25 years of senior leadership and consulting experience. A unique set of skills, competencies and experience help him drive coaching, leadership, safety, human capital growth and organizational performance.

In addition to coaching/consulting experience Marius has also held a host of senior leadership positions such as:

Marius is married to Mariana and they have 5 children. In his spare time, he loves playing golf.

Rob Ketchabaw

Rob is a seasoned leadership coach. He has mentored and trained individuals as well as organizations across Canada and the United States for the past 25 years. Rob has a diverse professional experience in coaching, facilitation, logistics, IT, healthcare and utilities. His coaching and people related skills have proven effective, no matter what the work environment. Rob has inspired hundreds of leaders to deliver millions to their bottom-line performance.

Rob holds many degrees and industry certifications including a Master’s in Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. It is his ability to work with people at all skill and positional levels to help them achieve their best that makes him stand out as a leadership coach.

Personal
When Rob is not at work on a client site, Rob lives in London, Ontario with his family. Rob enjoys race car construction, engine building, woodworking and electronics restoration when he finds the time.

Ryan Nessman

Coach

Ryan is a Performance Management Specialist with 20+ years of management consulting experience. Ryan has worked throughout North America and Europe helping his clients realize hundreds of millions in increased profits. In addition to oil and gas, savings have been generated in industries such as mining, manufacturing, food production and utilities. Ryan can change the culture of a business and recognizes the importance of providing top-notch customer service as a key to success. He can initiate and sustain continuous improvement at all levels of an organization. Always focused on measurable results, Ryan has performed Analysis on over 50 companies. He holds a Management Degree in Organization Behaviour and Human Resources and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Personal
Ryan is based in Calgary Alberta, where he lives with his wife, teenage daughter. He played junior and university hockey into his 20’s. His interests have evolved to maintaining a baseline level of fitness and traveling to watch his daughter’s competitive softball team.
